HOW TO OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT

New clients register through an appropriate form at www.betchance.com. Betchance will review each application and will verifying the information before authorising the client. Betchance shall take the necessary vetting and will carry out proper checks on the players prior to granting access to a punter. To withdraw money from your betting account, you can choose one of the methods listed below. All requests for withdrawals, irrespective by which method chosen, can be done online.

Soccer
Unless otherwise stated, the final result is the one earned at the end of the 90 minutes regulation time (extra time is included in the 90 minutes - the outcome of extra time, golden goal, penalties, and the draw of the winning team is irrelevant to the bet).

Every match which is terminated before the 90 minutes regulation time and not restarted and played to its conclusion on the same day will be deemed void (including the score at half time or any other bet, like first goal scorer, first corner kick, GG/NG etc.) for an efficient betting regulation (even if replayed or restarted on another date).

The bets remain valid in the event that a football match (which has not kicked off) is postponed or played at the same venue within the 48 hours immediately following the original date/time. If this is not the case, the selection will be deemed void (including half time scoreline and any other bet, such as first goal scorer, first corner kick, GG/NG etc.).

In the event that a postponed or suspended match has been selected within a multiple bet, the bet itself on the whole, will remain valid and will be regulated on the basis of the outcome of the remaining matches which have regularly taken place.

In the event of a switch of Venue (i.e. the match is to be played on the home ground of the visiting team represented by selection "2") or that the match was supposed to be played on neutral ground and in truth, it is played on the home grounds of one of the two teams, or that the match played is different from the one shown on the system (one of the two teams is a different team), the event will be deemed void. However the match will remain valid if it is played at a neutral venue and this wasn't notified beforehand (n).

First Goalscorer: the winning footballer is the one who scores the first goal in the relevant match. The bets placed on other footballers involved in the match are deemed as a loss. The bet will be deemed as a loss if the match ends 0-0. For betting purposes only the 90 minutes regulation time are taken into account: any extra time and penalties are irrelevant to the bet. If the first goal of a match is an own goal, the player who scores the second goal will be considered the 'first goal scorer.

Goalscorer: The footballer who, takes part in any given match and in the course of the 90 minutes regulation time, scores at least a goal, is a winner. For betting purposes only the 90 minutes regulation time are taken into account: any extra time and penalties are irrelevant to the bet. Own goals are also irrelevant to the bet. However, this particular bet will be deemed as a loss if the match ends 0-0.

Total Goals scored in the championship: Total Goals scored in the championship: In order to win one must predict if the total number of goals scored will be less (1) or above (2) the number set. For every cancelled match, whatever the reason, 2 goals will be credited. If 3 or more matches (in the same championship)are cancelled, the event will be deemed void.

Super Goalscorer: predict if the selected player will score the first Goal or any of the Goals in the match. The owngoal will not be taken in cosideration. The owner of the Goal will be decided based on the official data published by the Competent Federation. In case of no Goals, or if the selected player will not take part of the match all the bets will be deemed as a loss. Extra Time excluded

First Team To Score: predict the team who will score first. In case of no goals (final result 0-0) the bet will be deemed as a loss. Owngoals and penalties included.

Goalscorer Head to Head: predict who will be the best goal scorer at the end of World Cup 2006. In case of same number of goals bets will be deemed void. Extra times included. Penalties after the regular time will be not taken in consideration. If a player will not play at least one minute or will not take part of the World Cup, the bet will be deemed 'win' with odd 1.

Group Goals: how many goals will be scored in each group? Extra times included. Penalties after regular time will not be taken in consideration.

Less Goals Head to Head: select which one of the two teams will get less goals during the whole championship. In case of same number of goals bets will be deemed Void. Extra times included. Penalties after regular time will not be taken in cosideration.

More Goals Head to Head: select which one of the two teams will score more goals during the whole championship. In case of same number of goals bets will be deemed Void. Extra times included. Penalties after regular time will not be taken in cosideration.

Most Goal: select which one of the two matches will have more goals. If both of the matches will have the same number of goals or one of the two matches will not start, the bet will be deemed 'win' with odd 1. Extra Time excluded

Total Goals: predict in which interval will be the total number of goals of the match. Extra Time excluded

How Many Corners: predict how many corners there will be during the match. Extra Time excluded

First Substitution: predict which player will take the first substitution. The event will be considered void if nobody will take the first substitution.

First Man of the Match: Select who be nominated 'Man of the Match'. For the final result be taken in cosideration the FIFA ufficial site (http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/w/mom/s.html) who will decide the best player of the match. In case no ufficial bullettin will be published by FIFA, the event will be deemed void.

First Yellow Card: predict which player will take the first yellow card. The event will be considered void If nobody will take a yellow card. The direct red card is not considered in yellow cards. Extra Time excluded

First Goal Method: predict the first goal method.

Goalscorer Match Bet: predict who will score more goals between the two players in the specified date. If one player doesn't play the match the event will be considered void. Extra Time excluded

Numbers of Cards in Match: predict the total number of cards (both yellow and red) in the match. Extra Time excluded

Half With Most Goals: predict in which of the two half times there will be more goals or if the two periods will have the same numbers of goals.

Bet Odds: predict the winning combination. The half times considered (1st Half Time, 2nd Half Time, Extra Times and/or Penalties) are indicated case by case.

Top Goalscorer: predict who will be the top goalscorer. In case of more top goalscorers the winner will be the one which play in the better classified team. If two or more teams finish equal on points will be also considered the head to head between these teams and goal difference, in this order.

Relegation: predict who will be relegated at the end of the season.

Promotion: predict who will be promoted at the end of the season.

Team Over/Under: predict if the showed team will score more or less Goals than the indicated value. If the match will be suspended, all related bets will be deamed Void, REGARDLESS the result of the match at the moment of the suspension.

Team Score/No Score: predict if the showed team will score (1) or not (2) at the indicated date. If the match will be suspended, all related bets will be deamed Void, REGARDLESS the result of the match at the moment of the suspension.

Futsal

All bets on Futsal matches are based on the score at the end of 40 Minutes' Play unless otherwise stated. Extra Time and Penalty Shootouts are not included.

All bets will be void on matches that are abandoned before the completion of 40 Minutes' Play unless otherwise stated.

All bets on matches that are postponed, rearranged or moved to a different venue will be void

Tennis
Antepost bets on the winner of a given tournament are deemed as a loss if the selected player doesn't take part in the competition or withdraws from it.

If the match isn't played due to the fact that one of the two contenders has withdrawn before its commencement, the event will be deemed void.

If one of the two contenders withdraws after the match has begun, the remaining contender will in any case, be declared the winner. The selections on the exact number of games and sets will be deemed void.

In the event that a match is postponed or suspended, the chosen selections will remain valid if the match is played within the 48 hours immediately following the original date/time.

Accepted single bets unless otherwise stated. Bets on the exact number of sets are accepted as singles.

Head to Head Games: Select in which one of the 2 matches will be played the greater number of games. In case of tie break during a set (i.e. 7-6 or 6-7) the total number of games is 13. In case of withdrwal, during or before the match, or if the number of games is equal, the event is considered void.

Under/Over Games: You have to foressen if the total number of games will be greater or lesser than the indicated value. In case of tie break during a set (i.e. 7-6 or 6-7) the total number of games is 13. In case of withdrwal, during or before the match, the event is considered void.

Handicap Games: You have to foreseen which player will win the greater number of games. Bet's outcome is determinated considering the sum between handicap and total games won by the favourite player. The favourite player is the one on the left. Tie break is considered as a single game. In case of withdrawl, during or before the match, the event is considered void.

Motor-racing and Motorbike-racing
1. Antepost bets on the winning driver in the World Championship remain valid even if the selected driver does not take part in the championship, or he doesn't see it through to the end for whatever reason.

2. Antepost bets on the winning driver in the Drivers' Championship are based solely on the points gathered at the end of the last race of the season, regardless of any subsequent disciplinary penalties.

3. If a race is suspended or postponed and it doesn't restart within 72 Hrs of the original date/time the event will be deemed void. All the relative stakes will be refunded.

4. The official arriving grid for the determination of the winner or the finishing order is the one of the 'Podium' at the end of the official race. Future modifications for disciplinary actions from the official jury will be not taken in cosideration.

5. If a driver for any reason doesn't take part to the race or he gives up before the start of the race(the warm-up lap is excluded), all the bets linked to him will be considered voided.

6. If a multiple bet contains an event declared 'void', the same bet is still valid for all other selected events. On the other hand, the single bet on the voided event will be refunded.

7. In the Head to Head speciality, a bet will be deemed 'void' if a driver gives up before the begining of the race or anyway he doesn't appear on the starting grid.

8. The Head to Head speciality is won by the driver who is classified with the highest finish at the end of the race. In the event that both drivers should withdraw from the race, the winning driver shall be the one who has completed more laps. If both drivers should withdraw from the race having completed the same number of laps, the match-up will be deemed void. In case of void events, multiple bets will remain valid anyway.

9. The official starting grid of the race will determine the winner of the 'POLE POSITION' speciality.

10. For the 'CLASS/NOCLASS' speciality are valid the same rules described above in the paragraphes 4 and 5. Classified is a driver who did at least the 90% of the laps done by the race winner.

Basket, Rugby, Hockey NHL & Football NFL

If matches are postponed and played at a later date and time than within the 48 Hours following the original scheduled date/time/Venue, they are considered void.

If matches are suspended before its official end, without starting the match again on the same day, these are considered void, regardless of any possible decisions relating to the continuation of the event at a later date.

The selections, which refer to a match for which, a bet was placed such as "match winner or winner at half time of a handicap match" and that, after the right amount of handicap was applied, the match still ended in a draw between the two teams, the selections made for this kind of bet, are deemed void.

If a player does not take part in the match during regular time, and a bet was made on the highest scorer, then these bets are considered void.

For Hockey and NHL, for the purpose of establishing a "winner of a Handicap match", "over/under" and "match winner" since there is no 'X' option which refers to a draw result, the final result achieved at the end of the match considers also points scored in over/extra time are considered.

For Basket NBA, for the purpose of establishing a "winner of a Handicap match", "over/under" and "match winner" will be considered the final result achieved at the end of the match including eventually also extra time. On the other side, for generic basket will be considered only official regulation time (unless otherwise stated)

All the selections and all the special bets offered on a match which has been switched and will be played on the visiting team's home ground, will be deemed void. The original bets will remain valid if the match is played at a neutral Venue and this had not been revealed.

First scorer: In Rugby, for betting purposes free-kicks and penalties are not considered.

Basketball

The result of a basketball game is established at the end of the game. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included.

The Over-Under (O/U) result is given by the total number of points scored by the two teams. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included. In case, the total number of points is equal to the value shown in the over/under bet, then the bet will results as void. The over time is included, when one can bet on Head to Head (HH).

Head to Head (HH). You have to predict which team will score the most points (or total sum of points) in the match.

In the event of a tie, bets will be deemed void. If any of the teams dont play, the selection will be deemed void.

Handicap:Winning bets must predict the winner of the match after the adjustment of the handicap value. In case of handicap games, when the result is draw, the bet is considered void.

The over time is included, when one can bet whether one team or the other will win the match. Therefore there is no X (draw) bet. For example for NBA and NCAA Matches over time is included.

For the following list of basket events, only points made during the regular time are valid. These are Italian Basket, German Basket, French Basket, Greek Basket, Euroleague Basket, and Uleb Basket.

For the following basket events, extra time or supplementary time is valid. These include NBA, NCAA, Russian Basket, Turkish Basket, Baltic Basket, Estonian Basket, Poland Basket, British League Basket, Adriatic League Basket, Czech Republic Basket, BNL Basket and Finland Basket.

Rugby

Rugby matches are based on the score at the end of 80 Minutes' Play, unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled and one has to bet which one will be the winning team.

European Ice Hockey

All bets on Ice Hockey matches are based on the score after 60 Minutes' Play. Overtime and Shootouts are not included.

All bets will be void on matches abandoned before 55 minutes unless already settled or otherwise stated.

All bets will be void on matches that are postponed or rescheduled to play unless the match is rescheduled to play within the following two calendar days of the original starting time.

If there is a change of venue, all bets are void.

Over/Under: Winning bets must predict whether the total number of goals is over or under the quoted level.

Overtime is only included in matches such as NHL where X (draw) is not included.

American Football

The result of American Football matches is deemed to be established at the end of the match, including any extra time. In the event of a match being suspended or postponed and not completed on the scheduled date, all bets are deemed void unless rearranged and played in the same day, except for those bets that have already been determined at the time of abandonment or postponement.

In all American Football bets offered, the team playing at home is the one listed first. For bets to be valid, unless otherwise specified, at least 55 minutes of play must have taken place. Overtime is always included unless otherwise specified.

If a team is designated to play at home and the game is moved to a venue outside of the state where it resides, bets will be made void.

Volleyball

All bets on Volleyball matches are based on the score at Full Time. Overtime is not included unless otherwise stated.

Handball

The result of a handball game is established at the end of normal time. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is not included. If a game is suspended or postponed and is not completed within 24hr of the scheduled date, the selection will be deemed void.

Baseball

All games must start on the scheduled date for bets to have action. If a game has been postponed or cancelled before its due start time, all bets are deemed void.

Major League Baseball (MLB) games are official after five innings of play or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading.

In the event of a pitching change prior to the match, all bets on the match will be void.

Starting pitchers must throw at least one pitch for bets to stand. For the purposes of these rules, each team's starting pitcher is defined as the pitcher that throws the first pitch.

If a game is 'called', or suspended etc, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called). Please note that suspended games do not carry over.

When betting on over/under, the game must go to 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is ahead) to have action.

A total line is offered on the predicted total number of runs scored in the game. Prices are offered for the actual score to be over or under this quote. The game total result is the combined total runs for both teams at the end of the match, including extra innings.

Cycling
Guess who will be competitor who will end the race in the better position. Both runners must begin the race, otherwise the bet will be deemed 'win' with odd 1. If one the two competitors gives up during the race, the other one will be deemed winner. If both competitors do not end the race, the Head To Head speciality will be considered 'win' with odd 1.

Antepost Winner: bets on the winner of a specific event (ex. Giro d'Italia, Tour de France) remain valid even if the selected competitor should not take part in the race, or see it through to its conclusion for whatever reason.

Stage Winner: the winner is the competitor who crosses the finishing line in first place in the official finishing order given at the end of the race. Only single bets are accepted. Cannot combine with other sports.

Antepost Match-Ups: single bets accepted not to be combined with other sports. The winning competitor shall be the one with the highest ranking in the general standings at the end of the event. If all the contenders for a match-up withdraw, the winner is he who has completed the highest number of stages. In the event of a stalemate the match-up will be deemed void.

Match-Ups: Minimum 3 selections not to be combined with other sports. The winner will be the best placed competitor in the official finishing order. If both competitors should not complete the stage the match-up will be deemed void (odds 1.00). For betting purposes, the other match-ups played will remain valid. If a competitor does not take part in the stage for whatever reason, the match-up concerned will be deemed void.

Outright: you have to guess which cyclist is going to win the competition (final result). If a cyclist resigns, bets will be considered lost.

If one stage of the competition is suspended or postponed, all bets concerning this stage are considered void. However in the case of multiple bets, any other selections in the bet will remain valid.

Head to Head competitions: The winner of this type of competition is the cyclist who finishes the race in the shortest amount of time. If a cyclist, who registered for the tournament, is not present at the start of the race, all bets concerning this cyclist will be considered void. Any other selections in the bet will remain valid. If a cyclist, who is part of a Head-to-Head competition, resigns during the race, all bets will be declared lost. If both cyclists in a Head-to-Head competition do not finish the stage, all bets will be considered void. Any other selections in the bet will remain valid.

Ski
If a ski event is suspended or postponed, the bets concerned remain valid as long as the event is completed on the same track within 48 hours. If the same event is staged on a different track, the event is deemed void.

In a head to head bet the winner will be the skier with the shortest overall time. Where there is more than one run in a race the overall time will be based on the aggregate time for both runs. In instances where both skiers fail to complete the two runs, the loser is assessed in the following order:

1. the one who does not finish the 2nd run;

2. the one who does not qualify for the 2nd run;

3. the one who does not finish the 1st run.

In instances where both skiers fail to qualify for the 2nd run (case 2 above), the winner will be the one with the fastest time at the completion of the 1st run. The head to head bet will be deemed void (with odds equal to 1.00) in the following instances:

1. If one of the skiers does not compete in the event;

2. If both skiers have the same overall time;

3. If both skiers do not finish the 1st run.

Golf
Winner of the tournament shall be the player who has completed the course with the fewest number of strokes. In the case of a final stalemate between two or more players, the result of the replay between the same, will be taken into account.

Runners-up: The rules applied are the same as for Ex-Aequo.

The number of runners-up will be communicated each time.

In the match-ups, the winning golfer is he who will have played the greatest number of holes. In the event that both should manage to play the same number of holes, the winning golfer, is he who has hit them in the fewest strokes. Should there still be a stalemate, the match-up will be deemed void with odds equal to 1.00. The match-up is also deemed void, when one or both competitors do not take part in the tournament.

Bets on players that don't hit the ball from the tee will be deemed void. A player who withdraws from play or is disqualified after hitting the ball from the tee, is deemed a loser.

In the event that the set number of holes in a tournament is reduced, the official result will be deemed correct. All the bets placed after the conclusion of the last round will be deemed void.

2/3 balls: the player with the smallest score is the winner. In the event of a draw for which no odds were offered the Ex-Aequo rule will apply. If one of the players does not complete the 18 holes of the round, all the 2/3 ball bets concerned will be deemed void.

Matches on 72 holes and 72 holes 3 balls: The winner is he who achieves the smallest score at the end of the tournament, including play-offs'. For bets based on the exact result at the end of the tournament, in the event that one of the players doesn't hit the ball from the tee in the first round, all bets will be deemed void. If a player doesn't manage the cut, he is deemed a loser. If none of the players' manage the cut, the winner is he who has the smallest score before the cut.

Boxe
After the start of the first round(bell sound) bets on the event are deemed valid regardless of match duration.

If in a boxing encounter odds are offered for a draw (X) and the draw takes place, BETCHANCE will only pay bets placed on that selection and will not refund the others.

If the date of the fight is postponed for over a week, the event will be deemed void.

Total Rounds: predict how many rounds there will be in the specified matches.

Athletics
The winner is the athlete classified as first in the official finishing order table given at the end of the event. Any change to the finishing order which may subsequently happen, will not be deemed valid. If an athlete , for whatever reason, should not take part in the event, or should withdraw during its proceedings, the bet will in any case, be deemed as a loss.

Match-Ups with two: The best ranked athlete in the official finishing order wins the match-up . The clash is valid if both the athletes take part in the FINAL. In the case one of the two athletes is forced to withdraw for whatever reason, the match-up will be deemed void with odds equal to 1.00. In the event that the two athletes are ranked in the same position in the official finishing order ranking table , the match-up will be deemed void with odds equal to 1.00.

A Pair: in a pair it is necessary to predict the two athletes who will finish first and second in the official finishing order table. A pair is not ordered, so it is indifferent who arrives first or second.

Cricket
Winner match: all bets will be examined on the basis of the official rules of the competition, including matches with a limited number of overs.

If the competition ends in a draw and no odds had been offered thereupon, all bets will be deemed void.

In the event that a match doesn't start (i.e. no ball is thrown) owing to external circumstances, all bets will be deemed void.

Winner, final victory-test matches: bets are valid if at least one ball is thrown .The final winner is the one nominated by the competent authorities.

If the opposition side doesn't coincide with the original squad at the time the bet was made, the latter will be deemed void.

Winner in a Series: Bets are valid if at least one match has been played.

Exact result in a Series: if the number of set matches is not completed, bets will be deemed void (unless an adequate number of Test Matches is played and provides the outcome of the Series ).

Best batsman in match: bets refer only to the first innings, unless otherwise specified. Bets on players who are not nominated in the starting 11, will be deemed void. Bets on players, nominated in the starting 11, who don't bat, will be deemed as a loss.

Darts
Match: The player who goes through to the next round is deemed the winner, as long as one player of the two has thrown at least one dart at the beginning of the first set .If the first dart is not thrown, bets are deemed as void.

Exact result: bets made on this special range will be deemed valid only if the set number of sets or legs is completed.

Biliard
Final Victory: In the event that a player doesn't take part in the match bets will remain valid.

Match: the player that goes through to the next stage will be deemed as the winner, as long as one of the players started the game (i.e. had at least a shot). If the match doesn't begin, bets are to be deemed void.

Horse Racing (Turf & Trotting)
1. Head-to-Head Bet where at least one horse completes the race is determined on the basis of the declared official result.

2. A Head-to-Head Bet where both horses fail to get an official result is declared void.

3. A Head-to-Head Bet where both horses are recorded with the same official time is determined on the basis of which horse is notified in the Result as ahead of the other horse; if it is impossible to determine whether one horse is ahead of the other horse, on the basis of the Result, the Bet is declared void.

Political Elections / Miss Italia / Academy Awards: The final outcome is the result of all the voting (unless otherwise stated) regardless of any intermediate rounds or ballots. A bet will be deemed valid and judged as a loss even if none of the candidates for whom odds are offered wins.

For other Sports/Events special rules will be posted each time on the company's' communication channels (typically at the foot of the odds for the event concerned).

A single is a bet on only one event. If the forecast is correct the bet is a winner.
E.g. Bets € 100 on the sign "1" with a quota of 2.00 of the game England - Spain. If England is the winner the client will win 200 (100 by 2.00). Double
A double is a bet on two events. In order that the bet is a winner the forecasts must be winners.

If the two forecast selections are winners, the client will obtain a winning of 340, calculated from the product of the selected quotas (2.00 by 1.70) for the sum effected ( 100)

Treble
A treble is a bet on three events. In order that the bet be a winner, all the forecasts must be winners.

Multiple
A multiple bet is a bet that is made up of more events. If the forecast of all the events is correct, the bet is a winner.

System
A system can be composed of a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 14 events and it permits to predict double forecasts for the various events. The total number of bets is given by the product of the double forecasts in the selection.

A system is a play that permits to carry out more bets in a single operation using double forecasts for the various sport events. The total number of bets (or columns) is given by the product of the double forecasts present in the selection. It is possible to select a maximum of 14 sport events.

Double Chance
A Double Chance permits a double forecast with a single quota. The quota of the Double Chance are the fruit of the considered average of the two forecasts.

Combinations
A combination offers the possibility of effecting more bets with a lower number of selections in comparison with the number of events selected. This means that the client can win the bet even if not guessing the result of one or more events proposed. Such a selection also offers the possibility to carry out bets with fixed forecasts and in rotation using in the same bet the function "F" (FIXED). It is possible to elect from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 15 events.

An ante post bet (AP) permits to forecast the winner of a tournament, of a championship or of a competition long before its beginning.

General principles
The present set of rules applies from the 30th of November 2004. The terms "Society", "Company" and "BETCHANCE" refer to BETCHANCE LIMITED.

The customers must know the company rules. Any transaction carried out by the customers implies the unconditional acceptance of the rules and their application.

Underage persons cannot sign up to the service. Signing up to the service is an implicit declaration of adulthood. BETCHANCE reserves the right to cancel bets/wins made by minors.

Any suspicious financial transactions may be reported to the competent authorities for investigation. This to prevent any attempt of dirty money recycling.

It is a client's responsability to make sure he is legally allowed to gamble.

BETCHANCE cannot accept liability in any case and under no circumstance for any damage or loss directly or indirectly caused by the internet site, its contents or the correct or incorrect use of its contents by third parties.

Any exception to the present rules is applicable only if communicated in writing to the customer. Whatever any employee or partner of BETCHANCE may say against the present rules will have no relevance whatsoever in case of controversy.

For all that is not illustrated in the present rules or in the contents of the internet site, BETCHANCE reserves the right to decide case by case committing itself to following common sense and impartial criteria.

Definitions
Bet: Sum of money that the gambler wants to invest.

Win: It is calculated multiplying the sum of money invested by the client for the odds given for the selected match. In case of multiple selection in the same bet the amount of the win will be calculated multiplying the product of the selected odds for the bet.

Singole/Multiple: a single bet is a single selection in a specific event, (for example sign 1 on a football match). A multiple bet consists in the selection of multiple signs (linked to each other) on different event (for example "1" on Roma-Lazio, "X" on Napoli-Bari and "1" on Milan-Inter). In order for the multiple bet (or Martingala) be successful all the predicted results must be correct.

Minimum/Maximum selection: refers to the minimum or maximum number of selections applicable to events. For example if the rule for the match Roma-Lazio is minimum 1 maximum 5 it means that the match can be played by itself or in a combination with a maximum 4 other football matches.

Combination range: this shows if, apart from following the minimum/maximum limit in the number of selections, a particular event is combinable with another.

Void selections and events: Void events are those that for whichever reason are irrelevant to the calculation of the amount payable for a winning bet. In case of single void bet the amount invested will be refunded in full. In presence of multiple events in the evaluation of the bets void events will be considered winning bets regardless of the selection but with the odds = 1.00 and in the results they will show with the letter "V" (void).

Systems: Fast methods of representing multiple bets. BETCHANCE accepts integral and combination systems.

The score Under( 1 )/Over( 2 ) is the sum of the scores of the two participants . If the sum of the scores is higher than the reference value the Over(2) bet is the winning one, if the sum is less the Under(1) bet wins.

Direct encounters define the best possible placement between two or more contenders.

Handicap: Score to be algebraically added to the home team to establish the winner of the bet. Usually a negative value is applied to the favourite team which starts with a certain number of points less than the other teams. In order to be the winning squad the team must win with a larger margin compared to its handicap score (ex. Dallas (-9.5) - San Diego: Dallas will be the winning team if it defeats San Diego by a difference of at least 10 points).

Goal/No Goal (GG/NG): the GG code is a winning code if at the end of the 90 regular minutes both teams have scored at least one Goal (ex. 1-1, 2-1, 2-3 etc.), the NG code is a winning code if at least one of the two teams doesn't score any goals (es. 0-0, 1-0, 0-2 etc.). Minimum triple.

Personal account
You have access to BETCHANCE services with an initial minimum deposit of € 25. BETCHANCE opens a personal account equipped with a code and a password to which the bets and the withdrawals are debited and the wins and the deposits are credited. This account does not provide any interest rate and is not subject to any management cost. The customer who opens an account with the company, implicitly authorizes the latter to use his personal details and is aware of the general rules of the company. All the information provided by the client is treated in complete abidance to the national and European laws on privacy.

The client is responsible for the secrecy of his own account number and his Password. Every transaction made using these details will be considered valid. The client may, on request or through internet, change his own Password.

The client must inform BETCHANCE immediately of any possible sums of money wrongly credited to his account. BETCHANCE reserves the right to cancel all the wins which have followed from the date the mistake was made until the time the error was notified.

It is company policy to allow the client immediate access to the sums of money (for betting purposes), the sending of which, is documented with photocopies of receipts received by fax . Withdrawals from the account will nevertheless be granted only when the company will have materially received all the deposits sent by the customer. In any case the money of each deposit will have to materially reach BETCHANCE within tow month of the intended transaction. Alternatively the company reserves right to cancel all the wins occurred from the date in which the first unconfirmed deposit was made. The client will be able to check on the internet site the confirmation state of every single payment.

Regardless of article 3.4, the customer has the right to withdraw the full amount or part of it with a simple request in writing or on the internet from his account. The cost of the transfer will be sustained by the customer and will be debited to his account before the transfer takes place. It will be a BETCHANCE's responsibility to send the money to the account holder on the same day of the request. In the case of withdrawals through Western Union credit transfer will happen (notwithstanding technical difficulties) within 15 minutes from the request.

BETCHANCE reserves the right to refuse opening an account to a customer without the need to give any explanation. The eventual deposit already made will be refunded once it is materially received by means of a cheque sent by post.

BETCHANCE reserves the right to withdraw from the relationship with the client at any stage and without the need of any explanation. The sum present on the account and the eventual wins accrued thereupon will be sent to the client minus the eventual cost of the transfer. In the case the customer reopens his account without the written permission of BETCHANCE, in his name or under a false name or a different name BETCHANCE reserves the right to close the account and retain the funds therein for minimum 2 years.

BETCHANCE reserves the right also to close a customer's account, without any notice, in case of repeated attempts to cheat the company (i.e. bets on events already started, fraudolent credit card deposits, etc.). In these cases, the residual amount contained in account at the moment of the closing will be kept by the company as compensation for damages.

To ensure an efficient service eventual changes to personal information of the customer (ex. address, telephone, email) will have to be notified as soon as possible.

Acceptance of bets
The moment in which a bet is forwarded and accepted the amount of money played by the customer is deducted from his personal account.

It is the customer's care and responsibility to ensure that the instructions given are correctly received by BETCHANCE. BETCHANCE reserves the right to refuse a bet or part of it without giving any explanation.

The client is not allowed to alter or cancel a bet accepted by the company.

Credit is not granted for bets unless the punter has the correct amount of money in his personal account.

Bets which are accepted by mistake without the necessary funds to back them are to be considered void.

If the lack of funds is marginal the bets placed will be valid but the amounts of money will be adjusted to the available funds.

The dates and the times notified with every means by BETCHANCE have a purely incidental value, being in any case official, those dates and times notified by the relevant sporting federation. No controversy will take place on the basis of dates and times shown on the press or other bookmakers companies.

If the date/hour of an event are anticipated the bets placed before its commencement will in any case be considered valid.

Bets place inadvertently after the beginning of the relevant event will be considered valid but with odds = 1.00. I case of a multiple bet the single event will be considered valid with odds = 1.00. If the number of other selections does not satisfy the minimum requested and if all the selections are successful the full bet will be considered void on the original amount will be retained. If the number of the other selections does not satisfy the minimum requested but at least one selection will be a losing one the entire bet will be considered a loss. In the case a bet is placed with obvious intent of cheating the company being the player already aware of the result of the event BETCHANCE reserves the right to close the account and retain any money in it for a period of 2 years.

Bets are not allowed in which the result of one section may influence the result of another section (ex. Milan-Juve 1 combined with Milan-Juve 1/1 combine with Milan-Juve 1-0). In the event that a bet of this kind should be accepted by mistake the sections influencing each other will be considered with the odds equal to 1. In the case that the number of remaining events does not satisfy the minimum required the same condition as the previous point will apply.

All the odds are subject to fluctuation (change); the valid odds for the calculation of the win is that registered on the information system of the company at the time the bet is made.

The odds notified by BETCHANCE, with every means, are merely for reference. The company reserves the right to change the odds and to correct eventual mistakes or omissions. In particular in a case of obvious mistakes (owing to, for ex., mistakes in the record of the odds transcription or inversion), BETCHANCE reserves right to notify the costumers of the mistake and to correct the odds even when the outcome is already known. If this should happen it is the customers responsibility to request (before the start of the intended event ) the cancellation or the replacement of the selection. To avoid any possible misunderstanding the client is expected to request confirmation of the unclear odds before he places his bets. In appreciation of the inconvenience that these mistakes bring, BETCHANCE has put in place a series of internal management procedures to minimize this type of mistakes.

The customer is expected to place bets for himself. Any bet made with the intent of cheating BETCHANCE and/or made without written permission of BETCHANCE by or through any bookmaker pundit union and/or any person, association, friends or relatives, in group and/or in agreement and/or following the advice of any other person, association, friends, relatives, companies societies will be cancelled and BETCHANCE will retain any funds present in the account for two years.

Apart from exceptions , it is possible to combine different kind of events which happen in different countries at the same time (for ex. Italia A with the English championship).

Bets on different sports are possible, the sole condition being that the minimum required number of selections for each competition is made.

For every selection, combination criteria and the minimum and the maximum number of selections required for multiple bets, are defined. These criteria are displayed on the internet site and on the communication vehicles usually employed by the company.

A bet will be void if the communication criteria or the minimum or maximum number of required selections is not followed.

Bets or selections accepted by mistake will be deemed void.

Telephone and faxed bets
Every transaction is possible only by providing ones name, surname account number and password.

To faxed bets or telephone bets a service charge equal to 3% of the betting amount, will be applied.

Failing any precise instructions from the customer the cost of the service will be directly deducted from the amount of played.

The average amount played by phone using the 00356-21489941 will be € 10 for a minimum total of € 25 (+service cost at 3%).

The minimum amount on faxed bets using the telephone line 00356-21489942 will be of € 10 + service cost of 3% (dividable between a maximum of 5 bets € 2 each one).

For full systems and combination bets (for ex.: all the possible trebles on 4 selections), the minimum bet is € 0.1 per column as long as for these bets the minimum sum of € 10 is played.

Every incoming phone call is registered and the recording is kept for at least thirty days (maximum deadline for eventual complaints). The customer who uses the phone betting service implicitly accepts that the phone call is registered.

The phone recording is decisive in case of controversy.

For faxed bets the event odds are those shown on the company's information system at the time the bet is made. The company reserves the right to correct eventual mistakes wrong amounts or omissions.

The correct receipt and the legibility of the faxed document is a fundamental requirement for the acceptance of the bet in the interest of the customer. The company reserves the right to deem void any faxed bet which is illegible or unclear. To avoid any problems, the client is advised to ask for confirmation of the final acceptance of all faxed bets by phoning the dedicated number 00356-21489941. BETCHANCE reserves right to accept or otherwise any faxed bets which aren't followed up by the customer's phone call.

It's the customer's responsibility to make sure that the odds haven't changed compared to his own information source by asking relevant confirmation from the operator.

Internet bets
The company's official site is http://www.BETCHANCE.com. The minimum playable amount per bet is of € 0.1.

No tax is taken from internet bets. The tax owed to the Malta government is paid by the company in full.

It's a client's responsibility to make sure, before final confirmation of the bet, that the details inserted and shown (amounts, events, selections, odds etc) are correct. It is not possible to change or cancel a bet once it is confirmed.

On acceptance of the online bet, the system gives a confirmation code of 4+14 characters (numbers and letters) that ensures the correct transmission and the acceptance of the customer's bet. In the case the bet was transmitted without having provided the customer with a confirmation code, it's up to the client to ask for the code by phone or by email to info@betchance.com, quoting the account number and the bet reference number. No claim or complaint will subsequently be considered if the above confirmation code is not shown.

The company accepts no responsibility for any damage or loose caused to the client by the website its contents including omissions or content errors delays or discontinued transmissions, errors or loss of data, problems with communication lines, interceptions or improper use of any information present on internet. In the case of fraud by third parties the information channels of the company will be at the customers' and the authorities' disposal to help in identifying eventual responsibilities.

Calculation and payment of wins
The bets are examined after the particular event/competition they refer to, is definitely finished.

Wins are credited to the customer's account.

For single bet, the win is equal to the original amount played multiplied by the odds of the chosen selection. Ex: € 100 are placed on the win of a team given at the odds of 2,50: in the case the team wins the win will be € 250 (100 x 2,50). The net win will be € 150 [250 (win) - 100 (amount played)].

The total win for a multiple bet is calculated multiplying the amount staked by the product of quotes selected. Ex.: you bet € 100 on three events with respectively quotes equal to 1.25, 2.00, 2.40 : in case of success you win € 600 ( 100 x 1,25 x 2.00 x 2.40 ). The net win will be € 500 [ 600 (win) - 100 (stake)].

For each bet or system there is a maximum potential win of 1.000 times the quote.

The maximum weekly win for a punter or group of punters is of € 100.000 regardless of the number of placed bets. BETCHANCE reserves the right to void amounts exceeding € 100.000 related to wins on the same week. For week is intended the period from 00:00:00 GMT of Monday to 23:59:59 GMT of Sunday.

If an event is cancelled in order to calculate the win payable the said event will be deemed a success with the odds equal to 1. For bets with just one single selection the original amount played will be refunded.

BETCHANCE accepts no responsibility whatsoever in the event that wrong results are published as in any case, the right result is the one given by the official authority concerned, once the event has taken place. Any subsequent change to the results(following, for example, disciplinary action or any intervention of STATE magistrates),will have no effect on the bets. In the case there should be doubts about the regular proceedings and outcome of an event BETCHANCE reserves the right to suspend payment of any wins until all the necessary legal investigations have taken place. If the legal investigation should confirm any irregularity, all the bets and wins involved shall be deemed void.

Bet cancellation
